In order to thoroughly study and implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and the requirements of the "Outline of the Plan for Building a Strong Education Country (2024-2035)", and to solidly promote the implementation of various goals, tasks, and work measures of the school, our school organized a training meeting for middle-level cadres and a work deployment meeting for the year 2025 from February 19th to 22nd. All school leaders attended the meeting, and all middle-level cadres and heads of various special work groups attended the meeting.

 

 

Party Secretary Chen Liang delivered a concluding speech. He emphasized the need to strengthen theoretical armament and grasp the overall development trend. To have a correct understanding of the historical position and stage of the school, continuously consolidate the positive development trend, scientifically respond to various risks and challenges on the road ahead, and anchor the strong goal of "secondary entrepreneurship" without relaxing. Secondly, we need to focus on improving quality and upgrading, and clarify our development ideas. All departments and units should focus on the theme of "continuously strengthening and improving quality", closely around the arrangements and deployments of the Party Committee (enlarged) meeting, the "dual representative meeting" report, work points, etc., strengthen strategic and systematic thinking, and fully transform the decisions and deployments of the school Party Committee into the development goals, work tasks, and specific measures of their own departments and units, truly achieving clear thinking and direction. We must firmly implement tasks and ensure their effectiveness. The whole school should adhere to the principle of "putting work first", not fearing difficulties, and not avoiding difficulties in action. We should effectively implement the "1396" development strategy by connecting the upper and lower levels, forming a joint force to implement it, and working hard again and again. We should write a brilliant answer to the high-quality development of the school with practical responsibilities, and vigorously promote the implementation and effectiveness of the "1396" development strategy.

 

Principal Wang Yongqin presided over the meeting and requested all departments and units to closely focus on the decision-making and deployment of the school party committee, further decompose and refine target tasks based on actual work, and come up with a targeted "roadmap", "timetable", and "task book" to firmly achieve the annual target tasks and continuously create a new situation for the high-quality development of the school.

At the training session, Professor Zheng Xiaoqi from Beihang University was invited to give a special report, which deeply interpreted the significance, background, and main theme of the "Outline of the Plan for Building an Education Strong Country (2024-2035)", analyzed the strategic significance and urgent challenges of building an education strong country, and put forward highly targeted opinions and suggestions based on the actual situation of our university

 

During the meeting, the attending comrades carefully studied and divided into groups to discuss the speech of Party Secretary Chen Liang at the expanded meeting of the Party Committee, as well as their understanding and reflection on the "Outline of the Plan for Building an Education Strong Country (2024-2035)". At the work deployment meeting, each group leader reported on the group discussion situation, and the school leaders discussed the implementation opinions in conjunction with their respective responsibilities.
