In order to thoroughly implement the national policy directives of “stabilizing and safeguarding employment,” and to precisely establish a platform for supply-demand matching between universities and enterprises, our university successfully held the “Winter Vacation Warm-hearted Employment Promotion Initiative” Online Job Fair for 2025 Graduates from January 10th to February 28th. This event aimed to “provide uninterrupted warm-hearted services and safeguard employment in the cloud,” utilizing a digital platform to build an efficient communication bridge between graduates and employers, thereby helping students realize their career aspirations.
The recruitment activity attracted the participation of 124 high-quality enterprises from regions such as Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, spanning popular industries including education, internet and related services, retail, software and information technology services, computer communications and electronic equipment manufacturing, among others. Participating enterprises included powerful state-owned enterprises such as CCCC Property Management Group Co., Ltd. and Langfang Material Industry Group, as well as renowned companies like FAW Toyota Motor Sales Co., Ltd. and Shijiazhuang President Enterprises Co., Ltd., offering a total of 8,523 job positions to fully meet the diverse job-seeking needs of graduates from various majors.
During the event, graduates viewed company information, submitted resumes online, and engaged in in-depth interactions with enterprises, demonstrating the proactive career development planning of our students. The “Winter Vacation Warm-hearted Employment Promotion Initiative” has provided uninterrupted employment support for graduates at critical junctures for several consecutive years. Moving forward, the Student Affairs Office will continue to use warm-hearted services as a bridge, implement precise measures as a means, innovate service models, and continuously enhance service quality to safeguard the high-quality employment of graduates and ensure a stable employment situation for the 2025 graduating class.
