On the morning of March 5, our school held the 2025 Annual Financial Work Conference in the second-floor lecture hall of the Administrative Building. Wang Xibo, the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was attended by department heads and accountants from various departments and units of the university.

Deputy Secretary Wang Xibo affirmed the achievements of the 2024 financial work. He pointed out that in 2024, the financial situation of our school showed a stable and positive trend, providing strong support for the smooth advancement of our university’s key tasks. Relying on the intelligent financial platform as the core support, our university’s financial management work has achieved more scientific and standardized management.

Wang Xibo outlined specific requirements for the financial work in 2025. First, he emphasized the importance of adhering to a strategic orientation, using financial resource allocation to empower the overall development. Second, he called for deepening governance reforms and building a modern financial governance system. Third, he stressed the need to enhance revenue generation and cost-saving efforts, activating resources and expanding new momentum. Fourth, he highlighted the importance of strengthening internal control management to establish a solid governance framework. Fifth, he urged the standardization of education-related fees and the strict prevention of corruption in education. He emphasized that all departments and units should adopt a sense of responsibility that “never lets go of any detail”and a mission to ensure “I must contribute to success,” aligning their thoughts and actions with the party committee’s work deployment. He urged high-quality financial and accounting work to ensure the successful implementation of the “1396” development strategy and contribute to the overall progress of the school with the light of one’s own efforts.

The Director of the Financial Department, Chen Zhisheng, summarized the financial work in 2024 and the issues faced, and then outlined the financial work plan for 2025. He required all departments and units to focus on the theme of “continuously increasing effort to improve quality,” enhancing financial governance levels, and using financial management to improve quality and efficiency, ensuring the successful implementation of the “1396”development strategy.

During the meeting, the internal revenue and expenditure plan for 2025 was also presented.
